The story behind the story
3rd Story helps artists, entrepreneurs, brands and organizations tell their stories creatively and authentically—while pointing each one toward God's greater story.
We work at the intersection of faith, creativity and entrepreneurship, building the professional infrastructure that independent and faith-driven creatives are too often asked to go without.

The founders
Husband and wife. Artists and storytellers. Founders and co-owners of 3rd Story LLC.
DNI brings writing, poetry, music, creative direction, wardrobe and story. MIKOL brings music, composition, performance, speaking and artist development. Together, they create work that turns lived experience into light.
3rd Story originals

3rd Story artist
Writer • Composer • Rapper • Father
A faith-driven hip-hop artist, speaker and community advocate from South Gate, California. MIKOL uses authenticity, diverse sounds and lyrical depth to build bridges, tell his story and amplify the stories of others.
What we create
Podcasts, music videos, short films, documentaries, photography and promotional content.
Story development, set design, visual identity, wardrobe and brand world-building.
Music creation, mentorship, licensing, placements and artist development.
Speaking, workshops, showcases, retreats, live recordings and community gatherings.
The long view
We are building toward 3rd Story Studios: an artist and podcast network, film and documentary projects, conferences, retreats, touring experiences and educational programming.
The goal is cultural and economic: create meaningful work, cultivate community and build sustainable income opportunities for creatives with the talent and drive—but not always the resources.
Why the work matters
“We are not here to make pain look pretty. We are here to show what God can make of it.”
